How do I create an online account
To create an online account you will need to Register. Simply click on the 'Login' link at the top of the page. This will take you to new page with a registration form. Complete the form with all its mandatory fields. Once registered you will be able to order using your credit card.
What are my payment choices?
Alphaadhesives.co.uk accepts all major credit and debit cards that have a UK address printed on the statement. If you try using a credit / debit card with a non UK address your transaction may be declined. Please review our Payment Options Screen for full details.
Do I have to pay VAT?
All the prices shown in the online catalogue are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your order at the current rate of 20%.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
At the current time the Alphaadhesives.co.uk online catalogue caters for customers in the United Kingdom only.
Has my order shipped?
When Logged in to the online catalogue click on the 'My Account' tab to review your list of recent orders. If the order is shown as 'complete' then it has shipped. Delivery normally takes 72 Hours from despatch for goods in stock.
How do I track my order?
When Logged in to the online catalogue click on the 'Orders' tab to review your list of recent orders. If your orders shows as despatched but you have not recieved it you can take the FEDEX reference and search for a proof of delivery (POD) on the FEDEX website, www.fedex.com/uk, or contact the Customer Services team who will be happy to track your order.
An item is missing from my shipment.
On receipt of a short shipment simply turn over the delivery note and fill in the form on the back. Fax the form to the number provided and a member of the Customer Service Team will deal with the problem. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team if you need any assistance with your order.
When will my backorder arrive?
We endeavour to supply your order within 28 working days of you placing it online. In some rare instances products take longer than 28 days. This is usually because they are made to order specifically for you or are supplied from outside the United Kingdom.
I need a VAT invoice.
Invoices can be requested from the 'My Account' Tab when you are logged in.
